ADA was approached to design a 46,000 square foot dual tenant retail space for the Wilderness Hills development in southwest Lincoln. Working within the design schemes of the future tenants, a façade and materials package was designed to be visually connected to the larger development while also distinguishing the shared building as an anchoring component. After its completion in mid 2014, the joint Marshal and Homegoods property fostered the growth of the Wilderness Hills Shopping Center providing shopping for new apartments and homes in the area.
