This Senior Independent Living Development in Grand Island, NE, contains 14 duplexes (28 units) and a community building. Twelve duplexes are two-bedroom units containing approximately 1,004 s.f. with an additional 250 s.f. single-car garage. Two duplexes contain three-bedroom units with approximately 1,246 s.f. with a 250 s.f. single-car garage. Two of the units were designed to meet A.D.A. requirements. A Community Building containing 1,875 s.f., contains a meeting room, kitchen, office, storage, mechanical room and restrooms will be designed. Additional site amenities include community parking areas, public streets, landscaping and project signage.
