Independent Living and Retirement Communities Project
Country Clover Estates includes 19 single-family homes with three distinct designs. All of the homes were designed to include three bedrooms, 1-3/4 baths, first floor laundry rooms, two-stall garages and full, unfinished basements. Additional amenities include landscaping, individual lawn sprinkler systems, and a community playground area. All homes were designed for handicapped accessibility and meet Green Built design standards.
