On the grounds of Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney Nebraska, the existing Annex building was remodeled from offices spaces into a new medical clinic with two pods of exam rooms surrounding medical provider areas. Common X-Ray, lab, conference, office and break areas were located between the pods. A new entrance addition was added to the building to enhance the structure and provide ready access.
