ADA was hired to design a senior living facility on a 2.5 acre plot of land in south Lincoln based on Del Strasheim Architects' preliminary proposal. The facility consists of 46 condominium units spread between three floors, with the main floor also containing the main entry, offices, support rooms and access to the underground parking and storage areas.
