This existing building located in downtown Lincoln had served many tenants over its history and was remodeled to be the home for a new sandwich shop franchise. Parts of two levels of the existing building were demolished and rebuilt for expansive multi-level seating, kitchen and storage areas. Old, worn finishes were replaced by new wood floors and trim, exposed brick walls were cleaned and repaired, and ceilings were replaced where selected and exposed with sound treatments in other areas.
