ADA was approached to renovate the North 27th DQ Grill & Chill location to match the branding of other updated locations around the city. This included reworking the parking and drive through lane as well as replanting landscape islands across the site. The building's façade was stripped for the inclusion of new windows and an updated mechanical system followed by new interior finishes after drying in the building and applying the updated exterior materials package.
