Located in the Williamsburg development of Lincoln, this new Applebee’s restaurant was designed to blend into the existing area with colonial elements and materials. Elements of the typical franchise façade are blended with the overall exterior. The corporate floor plan layout was used as a base for the building design which incorporates large, multi-level dining areas, a bar area, kitchen, storage and restrooms. Service and delivery areas are enclosed and hidden from view.
