ADA designed The ViewPoint at Lincolnshire office building for Hampton Enterprises as a two-story shell office building with approximately 25,000 square feet per floor and a secure, underground parking garage. Finished spaces include the entry vestibule, lobby, public restrooms on both floors, an elevator, three stair towers and public corridors. The building has a front entry canopy-covered main entry and a spacious two-story atrium lobby with skylights.
